At our flagship Honolulu store we sell furniture, clothing, jewelry and home décor, however our online store mainly showcases our famous hand-made inspirational jewelry.

All of our jewelry pieces are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and workmanship, and everything is handmade in the U.S.A. Our artists use sterling silver or 14 karat gold, unless otherwise noted, and use semi-precious or precious stone.

Due to the nature of our jewelry, our pieces are generally made-to-order and are not returnable. However, if there is a problem with your order, you may contact us within seven days of the invoice date and a Return Authorization (RA) number may be granted. You may call 808.591.9811 within seven days of the invoice date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Assuming the items are unused and unaltered, with no signs of wear or usage, and all tags and labels are attached without any sign of removal; an Return Authorization (RA) may be granted and the item may be sent back for an exchange or other means of return.

Fees for shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.

An RA number must accompany all returned item. Items without an RA number will not be accepted for exchange, repair or return.
